ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

Invoice Terms:  We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Non-standard items require full payment before production.  Others require prepayment in full, before shipment. Finance charge of 1 1/2% per month or the maximum allowable by law will be added to past due balances.

Freight Charges: Our terms of sale are F.O.B. factory. Freight will be prepaid and is calculated as part of the online order process. All freight charges are based on current UPS rates plus a handling charge are  based on delivery to a residential address. 

Damage/Loss Claims: The responsibility for damage and shortages in transit is the carriers' whether it be visible damage or concealed damage. Shipments must be inspected and counted immediately and visible damage and shortages must be indicated on the delivery copy of the freight bill. If shortages or damage is not noted on freight bill, recovery of loss is not possible. Title to all goods passes to the customer at the time of shipment. The customer is responsible for recovery of loss. Loss or damage claims must be filed within 15 days of receipt of shipment.

Cancellations/Returns: All cancellations/returns must be approved by Blackwells Corner and will carry a min. 20% restocking charge plus any additional shipping & handling charges.
